We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on the following services: Shared Web Hosting WordPress Hosting Reseller Hosting VPS Hosting If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once purchased: Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals SSL Certificates Dedicated Servers Add-on services or third-party software/licenses Setup fees (if applicable) These services are immediately provisioned through third-party registries or providers and cannot be reversed.

4. Renewal Payments

Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed. Customers are responsible for ensuring services are renewed before expiry. Failure to renew on time may result in suspension or permanent loss of services.

5. Service Cancellation

To request cancellation, customers must log into their Client Area or email us at support@hostlic.co.uk . Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Once a service has been cancelled, data associated with that service may be permanently deleted.

6. Late Payments & Suspensions

Invoices not paid by the due date may result in suspension of services. Suspended services do not qualify for refunds.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will be considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or disputed transactions.
